DPSI offers extended service and support for our customers with large fleets.  These accounts typically have hundreds of devices onsite and require continual maintenance & support.  Our team will build a proposal to provide dedicated onsite technicians to service printers and meet your company’s operational structure.  Our technicians are trained to perform diagnostic triage, maintenance, and service on all the devices within the fleet - no matter what brand or model devices are in the environment.
This level of support achieves a model for maximum uptime and allows us to effectively manage the print environment.  Our team will work in sync with IT personnel and help to evolve the print environment to be both operationally efficient as well as cost efficient.
